Massage

The practice of using touch as a healing method stems from customs rooted in ancient history. Civilizations in the east and west found that massage could heal injuries, relieve pain and prevent or even cure illnesses. Massage promotes a deep sense of relaxation that helps with stress reduction, physical pain and increases awareness of the body-mind connection. We understand that massage is a sacred form of natural healing and is a highly respected method of holistic healing across the world.

It is with enjoyment and delight that we provide these services to our community and we hope that you will enjoy your customized session from our experienced therapists.

Additional Services

Heated Infusion Bamboo Massage
Warm bamboo is used to provide a relaxing and luxurious experience. The heat penetrates tight muscles and the varying depth of pressure mixed with long fluid strokes combined with trigger point therapy is unlike any other form of bodywork. The bamboo ranges is length and size giving the practitioner the ability combine varying levels of pressure to release tight and stubborn muscles. Benefits of Heated Infusion Bamboo Massage include: increased circulation, detoxification, reduces and releases muscle spasms, promotes relaxation and pain reduction.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient form of bodywork that is beneficial for many reasons. The gentle suction created with specifically designed cups create a space that helps to release, loosen and lift the superficial connective tissue. Doing so helps to release tight muscles while increasing blood and lymphatic fluid to the surface. The increased space allows for fluid to move giving our body the ability to properly drain toxins and waste from our cells through the lymphatic system.

When the cups are left stationery, discolorations can occur. These are not bruises, they are a visible result of the waste and toxins that are being released. The darker the marking, the more that area of the body needs the release of toxins. With regular treatments, any discolorations that may happen should dissipate over time.
